We have implemented the overall control from theory to practice, thereby innovating the overall control mode, improving the overall control technology, applying the overall control platform, and forming a comprehensive control mode in three dimensions: service objects, service products, and the entire life cycle. Li Jianjun, with his excellent work ability and down-to-earth work style, has successively won honors such as construction hero, outstanding builder, exemplary individual of Pudong New Area Labor Competition, and outstanding party member of Shanghai SASAC system in Shanghai Major Project Meritorious Achievement Competition; At the same time, as the project leader, I have undertaken research work on nearly 20 projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Construction Commission, Construction Science and Technology Group, and consulting companies. I have won one third prize of Huaxia Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, three first prizes of Shanghai Engineering Consulting Achievement Award, one second prize of China Architecture Association Science and Technology Progress Award, and one third prize of Shanghai Civil Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award. I have also been granted dozens of software copyrights and have published more than 20 scientific papers in authoritative journals. In August 2023, I was selected as a leading talent of Shanghai Construction Science and Technology Group. In 2022, it was awarded the titles of "Shanghai Craftsman" and "Xuhui Craftsman".
