Dedicated to the theoretical research and practical development of overall control and coordination consulting for large-scale complex project clusters, we have established a specialized and standardized overall control management consulting service theory, contributing to the professionalization and standardization of overall control and coordination management for large-scale complex project clusters. We have undertaken a total of 10 scientific research projects, including 1 project from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and 4 projects from provincial and ministerial levels. The research results of 5 projects have reached the international advanced level or domestic leading level. The project undertaken has won multiple awards, including one third prize from the Ministry of Construction's Huaxia Award; Three first prizes of Shanghai Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award; One second prize for scientific and technological progress awarded by the Chinese Architectural Society; One third prize of Shanghai Civil Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award; Published over 10 papers as the first author in public; Obtained 16 software copyright registrations; Participated in the compilation of two works; I have taught over 20 new graduate students and professional technical personnel.
