Dedicated to the theoretical research and practical development of overall control and coordination consulting for large-scale complex project clusters, we have established a specialized and standardized overall control management consulting service theory, contributing to the professionalization and standardization of overall control and coordination management for large-scale complex project clusters. We have undertaken a total of 10 scientific research projects, including 1 project from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and 4 projects from provincial and ministerial levels. The research results of 5 projects have reached the international advanced level or domestic leading level. Dedicated to engineering design, engineering consulting research, and practice. In terms of design, I mainly engage in structural design and BIM forward design work. I have been responsible for the structural design of projects such as Qingpu Wanda Plaza, Jindi Post Office, Huacheng Meidi High rise Residential Building, Lu'an Wanda Plaza, Wuxi Metro Hotel, etc; Organized the establishment of a BIM collaborative design platform, and later was responsible for the BIM structural design of projects such as Qingpu Wanda Plaza, Yuhang Oaks Plaza, and Wuxi Wanda Mall. In terms of engineering consulting, as the project chief engineer, I participated in the supervision work of Qingdao Haitian Center project. During the project implementation, the key points and measures for risk control in underground engineering technology were studied, and an invention patent was applied for a large-diameter pipe jacking and anti retreat device (completed by the first author in 2018) Engage in research and practice on the value of whole process consulting services. Dedicated to the research and practice of digitalization in engineering construction management and supervision. In terms of engineering supervision, I participated in the construction supervision of four airport terminals and transportation hub projects in Pudong and Hongqiao. Among them, I served as the director of the Pudong Airport Satellite Hall Project and the Pudong Airport South Underground Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project. I established an organizational structure and work mode suitable for the construction supervision of large-scale hub projects, attached importance to risk management, and proposed supervision methods such as process identification and grid management. The Satellite Hall Supervision Project Department was awarded the Shanghai Demonstration Supervision Project Department. In terms of digital construction of supervision business, a model of "standardized supervision tasks+autonomous work records" has been proposed: standardized business adopts a model of "back-end work order distribution tracking warning, front-line task reception recording submission"; Non standardized business is based on quick photography and label classification for image recording and tracking. At present, the digital supervision APP and supervision digital platform are under continuous development and have been promoted and applied throughout the company.

As a research backbone, participated in the industry development planning research of Shanghai Engineering Construction Cost (2016-2020) and the industry development planning of Shanghai Engineering Construction Cost (2021-2025) by the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development; Research cost data analysis methods, participate as a technical backbone in the compilation of Shanghai construction project cost index analysis standards, and create an enterprise cost data platform; Committed to integrating traditional cost consulting services with digital technology, as a research backbone, participated in sub projects of the "13th Five Year Plan" National Key R&D Program, including BIM based green building operation cost control technology, research on the application regulations of building information modeling technology cost management and building information modeling engineering pricing rules by the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, and research and application demonstration of BIM based engineering cost control platform by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, establishing a BIM cost management system.
